Bio: Driven by a deep-rooted passion for helping others, I’ve dedicated my career to the third sector, where I’ve had the privilege
of working alongside inspiring individuals,both colleagues and clients.
I’m now proud to serve as a Director of The Optima Collective CIC, where we support individuals recovering from addiction, healing from trauma, and young people seeking purpose and direction.

Previously, I have led impactful community projects including a cycle café and a community supermarket that replaced Calderdale’s largest food bank. These initiatives were designed to support people living in
poverty, helping them move toward financial stability while restoring dignity and self-worth.

My journey continues with The Optima Collective, where I remain committed to building inclusive, trauma-informed spaces that enable transformation, recovery, and empowerment.
