Community Leaders West Yorkshire – A professional network of community leaders in West Yorkshire who have completed an Institute of Leadership and Management ILM recognised development programme ‘Community Leader Program’ (CLP) delivered by Jones Consulting.  CLWY is a link between local communities and public services such as local councils, Police, NHS, West Yorkshire Violence Reduction Partnership and West Yorkshire Combined Authority. We have members active in the Bradford, Calderdale, Kirklees, Leeds and Wakefield districts of West Yorkshire.
