violence to do with knife crime and gang violence, managing
community tensions in communities by engaging with key contacts
from diverse groups and organisations

Bio: I work very closely with local elected members by facilitating
and coordinating the community committee work which includes,
community meetings, running ward events and supporting groups
and organisations with grant funding. My role also involves assisting
communities to prioritise what’s important to them, making informed
choices about community assets and promoting volunteering
opportunities with the voluntary sector organisations. I work with
communities and local partners to identify and tackle issues of
concern to local people, residents, and businesses. I use and promote
asset-based community development approach when reaching out to
groups to ensure agreed project outcomes are achieved.
