As Co-production and Community Engagement Manager, my role is to build meaningful relationships between researchers, patients, members of the public and local communities. I support Patient and Public Involvement and Engagement (PPIE) across research, ensuring that lived experience and community voices help shape research priorities, projects and how research is delivered. I also work closely with community organisations and partners to improve engagement, reach underrepresented communities, support co-production and help make research more inclusive, accessible and relevant to the people it aims to benefit.
