Bio: I am the Service Delivery Manager for the WY Restorative
Justice (RJ) Service, which is commissioned by the Mayor. RJ brings
victims and offenders into communication with each other, enabling
everyone affected by a particular incident to play a part in repairing
the harm. It offers those most harmed by crime an opportunity to be
heard, to ask questions of the offender, to explain the impact that the
offence has had on them and to have their say in how the person
who has caused the harm can make amends for the harm caused.
I have worked in the CJS within West Yorkshire for the past 23 years,
and within the RJ arena for the past 17 years. I continue to be
extremely passionate about giving those most affected by crime a
voice and the opportunity to be heard.
Fun/Interesting fact: I’m a twin, so there are two of us
